Bike riding from Glenmore Park to Penrith along the cycleway
The bike ride from Glenmore Park to Penrith is a simple 20 minute ride along a mostly flat cycleway.
The cycle from the Glenmore Park Town Centre travels along a green corridor route near the Glenmore Parkway and the picturesque Glenmore Loch.
The cycleway follows the main road — Mulgoa Road — into Penrith.
We rode the cycleway on a Saturday, and despite the path being one of the best that we’ve ridden on in Sydney, we passed no other cyclists.
The best thing about the cycleway is that there are no hills. It’s an excellent 6km ride to and from Penrith.
